Learn how to customise what information you make visible to external users

When you share assets in Dash, either via quick share links, shared collections, or portals, you can choose which of your existing fields you want to include in the share pages.

This can be useful when there is certain information that you do want to share, such as photographer credits or copyright information.

By default, fields are not visible on share pages.

Here's what a share page looks like by default. Title and core file information is always included:

To make an field visible on share pages

  1. Go to Admin > Fields

  2. Click the field you would like to make visible

  3. Unselect the "Hidden from public" option
